Life is a game of percentages. Uncle Sam taking 12% from someone making 47K a year is more likely to be more painful then taking 37% from someone making 600K+ a year. Where 12% may make someone homeless, 37% will not.

This entire thing is insane, it was always sit down, way back it was 15% was a good tip, now I do 20% because it is easier math lol... when I see tip jars anywhere else, I might put a dollar in it for my $5 drink... hmmm shoot, so that is a $1 tip which is 20% in a drive through coffee place. Hum, well, what most people don't get, me until I thought about it was how they price their beverages, it is strategic because I can either scramble for 50 cents (a 10% tip or just hand them $1 which is a 20% tip) which is easier? Perhaps tipping has become a science where the employer is putting it on the consumer because some places you show up, they show you a screen and ask what percent you want to tip while the server in a drive-thru is smiling at you lol.. this entire thing is a game of keeping prices low and wages while banking o making people feel bad if they don't tip. It is pretty weird...

Why sell your home/put it on the market if buying another home has the higher interest rates we have now? The only reason to sell your house would be if the profit enables you to pay cash for your next home. Or, if you have to move for work. This guy is not seeing the true state of the economy.
